New in version 2015 of Sage 100 – One-click Journal Reversals
You just finished entering that journal entry in General Ledger. Phone rings, its Bob in the back checking in on the Purchase Order from earlier – you verify all is well with it, say goodbye. You hang up the phone and lets see . . . .where were you . . . oh! That’s right this journal entry. Looks good – click Post. Uh-Oh! Forgot to change that last entry!

Its simple – look at how easy it is to reverse:
The reversal will be written into General Journal Entry, along with a journal comment, where you can review the entries prior to updating, creating a complete audit trail. Cool!
